Best Healthy Banana PB Smoothie

- 1 Blender
Ingredients
- 1 Frozen or fresh banana
- 1 TBSP All Natural Peanut Butter
- 1 TBSP Yogurt I use no sugar added Greek yogurt
- Splash of milk I use almond milk
- small drizzle Honey
- Sprinkle of Cinnamon
- Handful Ice cubes
- 1 scoop Protien powder *optional*
Instructions
- In a blender combine together the banana, peanut butter, yougurt ,milk, honey, ice cubes, and protien powder (optional)
- Blend together until smooth consistancy (if smoothie is too thick be sure to add more milk)
- Pour smoothie into drinkware and sprinkle cinnamon on top (optional)
