Ingredients
  

  • 1 Frozen or fresh banana
  • 1 TBSP All Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1 TBSP Yogurt I use no sugar added Greek yogurt
  • Splash of milk I use almond milk
  • small drizzle Honey
  • Sprinkle of Cinnamon
  • Handful Ice cubes
  • 1 scoop Protien powder *optional*

Instructions
 

  • In a blender combine together the banana, peanut butter, yougurt ,milk, honey, ice cubes, and protien powder (optional)
  • Blend together until smooth consistancy (if smoothie is too thick be sure to add more milk)
  • Pour smoothie into drinkware and sprinkle cinnamon on top (optional)
