All Natural Peanut Butter

Yogurt
I use no sugar added Greek yogurt
Splash of milk
I use almond milk
small drizzle
Honey
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Handful
Ice cubes
1
scoop
Protien powder *optional*
Instructions
In a blender combine together the banana, peanut butter, yougurt ,milk, honey, ice cubes, and protien powder (optional)
Blend together until smooth consistancy (if smoothie is too thick be sure to add more milk)
Pour smoothie into drinkware and sprinkle cinnamon on top (optional)
